Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Wash and Go Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to: carpet cleaning, window cleaning, home cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, gutter cleaning, car detailing, car washing, and maid rental and contract housekeeping.

Clauses 3 to 8 below apply to once-off and scheduled cleaning bookings. Maid rental and contract housekeeping is a recurring contractual service and is dealt with separately in clause 13.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Services can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge receipt.

Pricing: Prices are quoted based on the scope of work. Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection of the property.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and EFT payments.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% of quoted price may be charged
• No-shows without notice: full quoted price may be charged

5. Access and Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. For carpet and deep cleaning services, we recommend removing small items and valuables from the work area. We are not responsible for items left in work areas.

6. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns at no additional cost.

7. Liability

While we take utmost care, Wash and Go Cleaning Services shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Damage caused by faulty or weak materials
• Items not disclosed or hidden
• Colour bleeding or shrinkage in fabrics

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Insurance

We carry public liability insurance for our operations. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service date.

9. Service Areas

We service the greater Gauteng area including Johannesburg, Sandton, Centurion, Roodepoort, and Pretoria East. Service availability in outlying areas may vary.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Maid Rental & Contract Housekeeping

Maid rental and contract housekeeping is a recurring contractual service and is not available as a once-off booking. It is provided under a separate written service agreement concluded between Wash and Go Cleaning Services and the client.

That service agreement sets out the commercial and operational terms of the placement, including the days and hours of service, the duties covered, fees and payment terms, the assessment and trial period, notice and termination periods, and the arrangements for replacing personnel.

Where these Terms of Service conflict with the signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails in respect of that service.

Personnel placed under this service are screened and security checked by Wash and Go before placement. Wash and Go remains responsible for managing the cleaning service and the personnel under the agreed service contract.
